Refund and Exchange Policy

Refunds and Exchanges Within 30 Days:
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You can request a refund or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which allows you to reject goods within 30 days if they are not as described, not fit for purpose, or not of satisfactory quality.
For guaranteed items such as Gurippu camera grips and Rapid Load kits, which come with a 12-month guarantee, please contact us to discuss any issues. We may require you to return defective goods for inspection. If the guarantee claim is validated, we will replace the item free of charge.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in the original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Alternative proofs of purchase, such as a bank statement, may also be accepted.
Please note, only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded unless they are defective.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, please email email@example.com and send your item to: cameraworks-uk, 14 Rollesby Close, Bury, BL8 1EW, UK.
The following items cannot be returned:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us using the chat form in the first instance, or at firstname.lastname@example.org or +44 (0)7411 131386.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item is defective. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to an error on our part.
